1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you subscribe to AIVisCity Weekly or request the free chapters, we collect the email address you provide. We record the form used, the consent wording shown, its version, the page and the time of submission. We also keep a short-lived record of email requests and any deliberate resubscription to help prevent duplicate messages. Our hosting and form-security services process technical information needed to deliver the site and protect forms from abuse. We do not currently offer user accounts or take payment on this site.

3. How we use it

We use your email address to provide the Weekly emails you agreed to receive and, when requested, to email the free chapters link. A free chapters request also subscribes you to AIVisCity Weekly, as stated beside that form. You can unsubscribe at any time through an email link. We use form records to demonstrate consent, handle delivery uncertainty and prevent duplicate sends. We use technical information to operate and secure the site.

We rely on your consent for marketing emails. We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to keep proportionate records of form requests and consent. If you withdraw consent, we stop marketing email; this does not automatically erase every record needed to respect that choice or meet legal obligations.

4. How long we keep it

The private form consent, send and resubscription journal is deleted after 30 days. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed after approximately 24 hours. Your mailing-list record is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, the preference and any limited suppression information needed to avoid sending further marketing may remain. You can ask us to delete your personal information; we will respond within 30 days, subject to any information we must retain for legal reasons or to honour your unsubscribe choice.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use third-party service providers to host and protect the website, manage subscriptions, send email and provide our business mailbox. These providers may process information outside the UK. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we rely on the provider's applicable transfer arrangements. Contact us for more information. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to certain uses, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Contact hello@peachandavo.co.uk to exercise your rights.
